I was also going to mention it here, but forgot to. I've been reading a lot of stoicism stuff lately. I always liked Marcus Aurelius' writings, but I'm spending more time really mulling it all over. One of the guys in that group and I started talking about it and it made me want to give it a deeper look. Especially, since I've had some big ass struggles and challenges this year and I have a lot more maturity and experience than when I first started reading that stuff over a decade ago.

I've never read anything of the stoic sort. The closest thing would be my studies of Theodore Roosevelt. I'll add Mr. Aurelius' works to my list of non fiction to read

It's online in various translations for free. But the more modern, the better it'll probably read. I got the version translated by James Harris.
