An Update on the Progress of the 2nd Anthology

...big gains this past week despite a lot of life stuff

Since getting some life shit under control, I’ve been blasting through the biggest story of the next anthology. I struggled with the first two chapters, as life was beating my ass. But since then, I’ve written six more and am well beyond the halfway point in the story. For those familiar with the main story in Eyes in All Shadows, this one is a similar length and format.

I also have one of the other short stories done, and I’m pumped to start the other four(ish) when this main tale is written. Hopefully, things keep getting smoother and I can get on a really good trajectory again.

I need to get back to work on the book, though. I have a really busy week with my real job, trying to get my move finally done (that’s a total clusterfuck, especially with a torn calf muscle), and with the slew of articles I want to write for this Substack. A new installment of The Story Behind the Storm series is on its way.

Anyway, that’s it. I just want to get back to these weekly updates to keep you guys posted on what’s happening, as well as to hold myself accountable and on the right track.
