I was hoping to have the detailed note taking of characters done by now, but I am nearly there. All that’s left is the sixth and final story in Eyes in All Shadows. While it is the longest story in the book, it should go by fairly quickly. The only thing that makes it somewhat of a challenge is that it has a lot of characters in it. Some of them I plan to revisit in future stories, outside of the already known characters that appear in it.
My main reason for falling a bit behind is my fault. For readers of this Substack, you already know of my appearance on A Drink With Crazy’s YouTube channel. Well, I planned to drink but I didn’t plan to be in a deep drinking discussion for roughly six hours (three on the air, three off the air). So, my weekend plans were pretty much wrecked thanks to a full bottle of Eagle Rare and my dumb ass thinking I’m still in my mid-20s. Also, I rarely drink these days but thought it was a great reason to break out that special bottle.
I should be able to knockout a big chunk of what’s left over the next day or two. And as I’ve stated before, once this is done, I’m back on Book III and hope to have that done within a few months. It’s probably going to be the most ambitious of the “saga” books, thus far.
For now, that’s it! I gotta get back to work!
